Excellent question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds £100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding a good one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just one working day or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed using Figma or Affinity but we work with more will depend of the project.
How do I request designs?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using different tools. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via ClickUp or E-mail, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video.
What if I don't like the design?
Super easy you can make a new request and have something different as you like. We believe you will be super happy at the first all the time.
What if I only have a single request?
Don't worry. We do singles too but we love if you make us busy all the time. In some situations will recommend you contact us and we can get that requested sorted and not charge you for the full month.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
To the date there is no client request a refound, and for the nature of the business we are not able to do.
